What is the circular thing to the right and is it safe to open? I assume transformer coil but not sure. The middle has a hard substance with a tube in the middle and a screw was holding it from both sides. Is there a good way to disassemble this? Is it safe? I dont want to cut or chop into this thing if there is a chance it is hazardous. Thanks.
