What does low R insulated wire mean? I only got .30lb should i seperated into different types of insulated wire?

Low R will mean Low Recovery. I'm still trying to sort out these matters myself. The yard I use rates insulated wire at either 30% or 50% recovery and pays out accordingly. If they receive unsorted, it will all pay out at lowest rate.
