    It was a VERY large pile. Had to also use a trailor, because the stuff took up so much danged space.

    And yep, just put a magnet to a piece i left behind. Aluminum.

    BUT - you won't do it again. Lessons that cost are usually the ones that we learn from.

    We call that Idiot Tax. Throwing money away, leaving money on the table and making mistakes that cost you money. Any good scrapper has paid idiot tax at some point. It's when you don't know enough about cleaning/sorting and making mistakes that cost you by earning you less when selling. Any scrapper worth his salt is always learning from the yard, other scrappers and the forum. The more you know about scrap, the less idot tax you pay.

    Also some of the larger diameter conduit is aluminum.
