As an alternative to you repairing it, test it with the broken screen. If it works correctly and you can let run for hours without any defects other than the screen then you can sell the parts.
Well maybe you can, do the
ebay research first, make certain you check the "sold" area. If the parts sell include a photo of the tv on with the broken screen in your listings.
It shows why you are selling the parts and a little reassurance that the parts work. Also inspect the "caps" before listing so you won't get anything back, hopefully.
