I have a few motors, one from a treadmill and others from sweepers. Should I just keep these in a pile and scrap them as bulk motors of some sort or is there anything besides copper winding to be had inside? Also is there any risk of shock when doing this?
Searching old threads will give you plenty of info on this. As with anything ,you are the best judge if it's worth " your " time to break them down. Best way to decide is to do a few. As long as it's not connected to a power source your safe.
