upload your pics to photobucket or imgbox etc, save the link to the photo from there, and insert it into the "insert image" box in your posts

Depending on your area and how populated it is, you should find those sell easily on craigslist. Having been used in a display I'd guess they're in good condition, and could be used in a lot of places. Be sure to include keywords in your ad such as "restaurant", "builders", or "builder supply" etc
