    SCRAP Auction HELP!

    Don"t know bout anybody else but them batteries sitting on the ground is a big no no

    Really? They contain a lot of lead inside of it.

    Newbie question but could you please elaborate. Is that bad like environmentally bad or bad as in it will effect the lead content?

    Yes, like Bear said, it's environmentally bad because of the possibility of lead and acid polluting the ground, groundwater, and runoff if it rains.
