Yeah, sorry I meant just alum spray cans. Between my wife's hairspray, Febreeze, and others saved for me they add up. Some plastic tops pop off easier than others - Febreeze takes some prying, Old Spice twists off easy. I vent with an ice pick and hammer.

Just make sure all the pressure is bled out first, I listen till I don't hear any gas coming out. I used to also crush them in the vise so the yard wouldn't freak out, now I get soda can price since they're used to me bringing them.

I usually bleed off the pressure, then snug it in a vise. Then I hit it with a stick that has a nail in the end of it. Even if it still has pressure, being in the vise it won't go anywhere.
