heres an update..computer monitors need to be bought for about 3.08 to break even where im at..electric motors on the other hand can be bought at about 4 to break even..the monitors are the old crt type..and the motors are smaller 1/4 horse if i remember correctly..and the journey continues.

Do you break down 1/4 horse motors? Do you break down car alternators?

Yeah i broke the motors down..only way to do it as far as im concerned..my town has only one yard(unless you want to drive 45 miles)..prices are bordering on ridiculous..have'nt broken down an alternator for scrap..only to attempt a fix.
