I didn't happen to see the price or ask but they are usually lower than All from what I have seen

I was at Atlas yesterday, it had been awhile, I was surprised to see they no longer accepted walk up customers. I can understand their reasons for doing so, I am sure it presented a hassle and in increased volume of stolen metal. I always thought street level recycling really put a lot of material back in the system that would have gone into the landfill. Maybe there can be away to interact with those recyclers with a roaming truck that targets those neighborhood and buys on the spot, cash? Got paid great for my 97 Ford Exploder cats...$80 for the pair, one had honeycomb degradation to boot.
