    I think with this new executive order for US steel to be used in the pipeline, we may see steel rise. I'm hopefully optimistic at least.

    I think short term, we are going to see more drops. There are articles on AMM (sorry, don't have a subscription) about east coast ferrous export prices falling significantly. This will have a big impact on shred prices in the ohio valley area as exporters attempt to move thier shred thier. Heavy melt in the Ohio valley should not see as much pressure as export heavy melt is too dirty to sell domestically.
