Yes he sends you a label for shipping. But if you said your package weighs 20 pounds and get a sticker for 20 pounds and show up with a package that weighs 30 pounds then you will have to pay.

Make sure your package is the correct weight and dimensions for the sticker. Remember the box and packing has weight too.
