Might be a stupid question but are we supposed to do any disinfecting type things to the materials before sending it?

On his website it says that due to current circumstances he's letting the stuff he receives sit for 5 days prior to sorting (because corona cannot live on surfaces for that long). So you're probably fine. But dousing everything in a cloud of Lysol couldn't hurt!
