Therein lies the challenge. We have a very strong/solid reputation and have had experience with us. Why the need to send "test" material using an "alias"?
The only thing I can think of is perhaps I sent the message and was restricted on times between messages. I am shocked that I wouldn't have responded.
I am still waiting to hear back about how we haven't responded to any messages, unless you are referring to one PM on here.
Although your intent isn't/wasn't to bash us, that was the way it was received. There was no mention or indication of us being dishonest in this transaction or any others... I do appreciate you mentioning experiences have been positive.
I am at a loss here on how we can possibly better service when nothing was answered. I also don't know what you meant by you will take your business elsewhere and now you may leave scrap all together? Why are you leaving the scrap business?
