I've been on both ends of the equation- I'm a buyer, and a seller. The ziplock bags never seem to get the stuff to me neatly, unless they're tightly packed, so there can't be movement. My last box had about 30# of RAM, and some CPUs. I neatly stacked two rows of RAM in a large flat rate box, which left a little room on one of the sides. Since I sell RAM, I have poly mailers. I pushed two of them down into that space, and then packed it with CPUs. I laid a third on top with another type of CPUs (I only had three of them). The top of the poly bags on the side were under the top poly bag, and there was no wiggle room when I closed the box. There is no way that there will be much shifting- that box is as tight as a brick. That's the key- fill the box as completely as you can. If there is no movement, you can get away with Ziplocks. It's when RAM moves in transit, that it starts tearing the bags. What I receive are More than Scrap Value lots, so movement can cause more damage than it will in a scrap lot. I still prefer my stuff to be stationary, though
