I also got the same email and put my shipment out of my mind figuring it wouldn't be gotten to until next week. was surprised to get an email this am saying it had been processed!!

And, this time I also had a ''telecom'' listed on my report -not sure what board it was because I dont think I ever picked up anything like that but, I trust Marios guys know what they are doing!

Thanks Mario and crew! I hope the flu bug has left the building

I am getting ready to send my first shipment but had a few questions to ask to ensure I have things broke down correctly. I sent 2 chat messages on their website but haven't received a response, is there a phone nmbr I can call? I am confused whether to take all chips off of boards or leave them on? Same goes for hard drives, send whole or break them down? The only things I removed are heatsinks, wires, motors, and other unnecessary metal/ plastic.

Sounds like a good company to do business with and want to make this easy on them but maximize my profits too.
