Woah, woah... floppy boards pay 2.50-motherboard? I think the question was referring to the smaller "hard disk" floppy drives, not the larger. The ones that are usually brown on one side, or a dark shade of green. The way I read his question about the board involving the "copper windings" is he's asking about the boards that are actually made of metal... I can't imagine those (or the brown/dark green ones) are worth motherboard grade. I can almost believe that the brown/green ones might be worth a couple bucks per pound, just because the pins to board ratio is pretty high.
The large floppies (5.25) always have high grade boards with green on both sides, from what I've seen... is that what you're talking about, EWasted?
Edit : Also, just got my check yesterday for my last load, another +1 for EWasted and his co.! Packing up another box as we speak, would have been out already but I've been amazingly short on "spare" time lately![]()
