Yes I was paid.....I think they have different categories depending on size, if screen is physically broken ETC......Don't quote me on this but yes I have never not been paid by this company for anything I have ever sent

couple questions:
Green fiber with heatsink pins and pinless:
Do all sizes fall into this catagory? Or should I bag up different sizes accordingly?
Hard drive boards:
I wont get the sorting fee if I send them sorted, correct?
That's my philosophy. Fine tune some things I've been wanting to do. Of research. As far as shipping, I've only sold boards twice. And that was local. No where near what ewasted pays. It was small amounts. So for the past year I've been hoarding. I have a 2011 e250 , so iam gonna wait till I have at least 1800# of material and deliver it myself. Nice road trip.4 hrs one way. Haven't really done the math yet. I get 16/miles per gal. That's around town truck is always loaded. So I should do good on highway. Especially on return trip.
For motherboards, the LGA sockets and the PGA sockets can be mixed. The heatsinks need to be removed from the motherobards, though.
For HDD boards, I've never been hit with a sorting fee. I just send my CD and DVD boards in a separate box.
ok thanks matador. The wording of the sorting fee makes it seem like they will charge you no matter what. I Don't want the fee if I took the time to sort them.
I was asking about processors not Motherboards.
These are 3 different processors (reverse on left)
They are all green fiber with heat sink, and pins. Do they all fall in the same category?

Good question. Here's what I do:
The middle row is Pentium 4s (PGA 478). I group them together.
The other two rows are AMD (Closest to us), and the farthest row is Intel Socket 423. They're both a large socket green fiber CPU, so they go together.
You could probably put them all together, but I separate out my 478s (I just throw them in a separate sandwich bag). I've never been charged sorting for that.
Does anybody else know if we should just lump them all together?
Lump together, thanks!
Hello and Happy New Years. I was wondering if you could give a price for these items

Email is the best way to request info.
I sent ewasted a box for the first time had a little scare with the post office saying they delivered it to an alternate address I contacted ewasted and they were extremely helpful even though it was NOT their error. Great ppl down their awesome service.
Hey have yall been open the last few days? Havnt had any replys to the shipment emails
How long does it normally take to get the email with the pre-paid shipping labels?
Ok well my email was answered first thing in the morning. Not sure what was up with an others. Just waiting to get checked in and whatnot. Must be busy, busy is good. Just been patiently waiting to get checked out, haven't seen any update that you recieved my and they were there Tuesday.
Is the 12/4/14 pricing list the current pricing? getting ready to send a shipment.
Can we get some updated pricing please? I notice gold is over $1300.00 an ounce and would like to send in some material. Thanks.
As long as the price goes up, I'd like to see updates too. If the prices are falling, I don't want to know! ;)
Also, how do you count desktop RAM (Like DDR2) that has a heatsink on it? Does it go as RD-RAM? Gold fingered? Something else?
That was my thought. But, RAMBUS commonly means RD-RAM. I don't know if there's a structural difference to the sticks, or not. MY guess is that they're either classed as RAMBUS, or they're in their own category.
Anyone heard from CFCS the last few days? Requested shipping label and sent email to customer service and haven't received a response to either yet. Hope all is well
I'm sure they are busy, and maybe a person short. I'd use the chat feature to follow up. I had that problem last month, and was able to work through it.
just talked to Mario all is very well. new bigger facility. Whole new staff. Will be some glitches with every thing new.
Awesome JOB Ewasted A+++ Thanks for all you do!!!
Could post this somewhere else but for a Newbie Escraper, Are all those black chips on circuit boards IC chips even the ones that are CPU sized?
email some photos over. info@cashforcomputerscrap.com
Thanks!
Mario,
Do you have prices for monitors that are either missing stands and or have screen bleed or cut cables, etc.?
Thank you.
I've sold to ewasted several times and he's professional. fast to pay, and fair. Glad to have a buyer like him here.
Please explain the light test on the LCD screens? Do you literally hook a ballast up and light them up? Or just shine a flashlight on them?
Shine a flashlight on the screen to ensure it lights up and is free of any defects.
FYI we were out yesterday because off the 15 to 18" of snow that fell.
We are out today for facility upgrades and will have no power most of the day.
We will be answering emails periodically throughout the day. Back to business tomorrow.
Thanks for your patience!
