Like all previous customers, I too would highly recommend doing business with CLR Solutions.

I do have two recommendations, since I'm such a critic.

One recommendation would be that that I would have is that if a customer is dropping off items, to give them a drop-off receipt or ticket with a number (like the one on the check) that could be used as a reference (or an e-mail) just to say that items were dropped off, and prevent any confusion or mix-ups.

The second recommendation is that I would put a sign or some kind of landmark by the street that would be able to allow new customers to easily find CLR Solutions. I drove by about 3 times before I realized that CLR was in the back of the building.

Otherwise, I plan to do business with them in the future. Very honest and easy to work with. Truck was unloaded in 10 minutes, and my truck and other property was respected (unlike at other scrap yards). I'm completely satisfied.
Rob, thanks for the feedback. To address your recommendations:
All material dropped off is promptly logged into our computer and ticket number assigned. The pallets/gaylords are also labeled.

As for the sign. I would love to put a sign out by the road. We are not allowed to. The zoning in our wonderful town does not allow any signs. The town says we cannot put a permanent sign into "wetlands" without a variance and approval by the planning board. The cost to do so would easily exceed 5000 dollars. Other tenants in the building have expressed similar interest but the landlord refuses to do anything. We are only allowed the sign on the door to our unit. Not even a bigger banner above our unit in the back of the building is allowed.
