    Can you post examples of the powerboards? Specifically if I call what makes them different. Do power boards from printers and other peripherals also fall in one of these catagories?

    I will post pictures for you tonight. Basically the difference is power supply boards anything that converts ac to dc power. Inverter boards are often found in plasma TVs, led display driver boards, microwave inverter boards, radio power supply boards, electric motor smart start boards, VFD boards, power distribution boards in servers, etc.
