New update. MOVING HAS BEGUN! Please pardon my lack of response and our general tardiness over the next two weeks. We have well over 140 pallets to move, three work spaces to pack and move and my offsite storage (read temporary buildings on my vacant land) are all being purged so it can take up residence at our NEW FACILITY.
So what exactly will be new?
We will become increasingly aggressive on tower, server and laptop commodities. We plan to be the UNBEATABLE price on copper aluminum heatsinks, copper in all grades, power boards and a/c adapters.
Also we are working with a new processor for gold bearing material and as such you will notice our scrap board prices increasing as well. Right now we are set to introduce higher pricing on some of the fiber based cpus and the gold bearing backplanes starting next week. In addition we will be adding services to our offerings. Toll shredding, Toll milling and densified scrap processing (shredded circuit board purchasing, sampling).
lastly I want to apologize and give a heartfelt thank you to all my long time customers who have survived the explosion of our growth. With this new facility AND our new hires we are trying to get processing down to 3 working days. Right now we are at a 16 day average, hopefully we can close that up to 7 days by july 21st. Our overarching end goal is to process ANY package arriving here within three working days, with an issued payment. We want to achieve this goal before we ring in 2019. Some of the ways we can do that, is with more personnel, better inventory management that includes workflow management in an automated state. We just sat down with our inventory software developer to finalize the system we will be using going forward. For you the customer that means that sending us a BOX through the mail can arrive here, be processed in 3 working days and possibly have your check less than a workweek from the time we receive your material. It has been the bane of our operation to shorten wait times. Every time we make progress the inbound material count increased exponentially(for which we are VERY thankful, we could not possibly do what we do without all of you). I wanted to make the process as clear as possible for everyone. We are neck deep but we haven't stopped working. Our shelf is now 16 feet of packages in various states of process, we now use two work benches, 4 workstations and added to our memtest area to accept specialty ram such as ecc laptop memory.
