    TWO THINGS!!!

First, photobucket sucks, so any hosted pics from previous posts are now blocked.

Second, and this is the big news, we are winding down phase 1 of a large project which means as of mid-week next week we will once again be back to 2-3 day turnarounds. I have to remind people that if you send ALOT of material it should be obvious it will not physically test out within those time constraints. Single boxes of standard material (that being cpus and ram) should have a 48 hour or less turn around time from date of arrival at our door. To expedite this as fast as possible, we require an inventory, a cohesive packing of some kind (organization!). Also, of course, a payment method, a contact method and a well secured box. Payments are made on Tuesdays and Fridays for checks and M-F for paypal. Paypal will be pushed usually same day of settlement summary unless an adjustment is necessary (such as the addition of scrap).

Also some new procedures. We are no longer doing box receipt confirmations so KEEP YOUR TRACKING AND WATCH IT! We are reinstating email labels, but you need to provide dimensions and weight, We will ship FedEx or USPS and bill to your settlement summary. Insurance is up to you, we do not insure inbounds unless you request it. If you can't lose the value, insure it. All inbounds have pictures available for package arrival and contents conditions. Any obvious damage to either we stop our process and contact you first.

I have to bring this up over and over, all packages are handled in the order they are received. Packages without inventories or contact information attached are left unprocessed until we are contacted so PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS!!!

Hard Drives, Graphics Cards and Motherboards (as well as whole systems and non traditional parts) will have additional lead time simply because it takes longer to process them through our equipment.

We are also developing a co-location facility of which I will update the forum on at a later date. With copper and gold up, I will also adjust prices tomorrow.
