We just completed our first transaction with Terry and were extremely pleased with his service. He scheduled pickup for the next day with a liftgate - the truck showed up and they loaded the pallet up. We were able to track the package as it went to its destination and everything went very well. It's unbelievably easy to ship pallets through him.
