Tantalum capacitor scrap

I just got in a slew of what looks like someone bought out a Radio Shack "Going out of business sale"

While sorting I have found the following and wanted to ask if they are indeed Tantalum:

#2 (I have also included one that was broken into and what is inside for reference) There are no markings on it I would assume because of the "Paint Stripes"

Yes, these are all Tantalum EPOXY Capacitors! These are perfect!
