You mentioned the "arms" for the picture but nowhere else in your post.
Excuse a newbie here but ... is this "$0.90/lb DESKTOP or LAPTOP hard drive readers" what you have here?
Thanks
I know he won't mind, so I'll answer that one. Yes those are the hard drive reader arms in the picture. I've sent some to him before.

Ken and me work together, you can save yourself a solid two hours driving as I live in Madison. If that was something you wanted to do I'm sure we can work something out. Whatever Ken quotes you I will pay.

Thanks, Army, but we have been chatting via email.
Also, folks, prices updated and I'm still buying.

Excellent timing! I was editing as you posted. Prices are up to date.
I am back from vacation and will begin to process all shipments received over the last week on Monday morning. Please contact me if you would like to make arrangements for shipping. I have a loading dock and can receive large quantities. Just a reminder, stated terms are net 14. However, we are usually able to sort, confirm and pay your shipment within 3-5 days of receiving your material. PLEASE sort as much as you can. This helps the process. Until now, I've been able to avoid a "sorting fee". I hope to keep it this way. You are always welcome to send pictures of boards if you have questions.
Thanks!
Kenny

Hi! good evening! do you also buy router circuit boards, printer boards, low grade from televisions and telecom? Would you be kind enough to let us know what you pay for these as well, at your earliest convenience? What is your address, and is it a residential or industrial site? How about copper bearing motors, transformer, abs plastic, keyboards, or crt monitors, and neodymium magnets from hard drives do you take those as well? Do you only buy materials with precious metals in it or do you buy all types of scrap just like a scrap yard? What do you pay for unpopulated green boards, I have some with silver solder plating some with copper plating and some with gold, do they all fall on the same box? I'm sorry for flooding you with questions, I have quite a bit of accumulation and would like to know what you take and how much you pay for certain commodities that's all. Thanks for any response by the way and I am a new member, I cant seem to find any good prices here in Belvidere and would like to deliver what I have in person. I have been selling to ARCOA group in Waukeegan but my gps says you are much closer to my site so I would like to do business with you.

Hi Mudlucky,
What, if anything, do you pay for Hard Drive motors? I have HDD motors, and also spindles.
Thanks
Hi guys! I just wanted to share my experience with MUDLUCKY or KEN.
O.K!
So we traveled to Wisconsin to sell some of our scrap and when we got there it was a legit business.
Scale is just like the industrial scales used by scrap yards and 99% of the industrial scales used in this type of business has a 1 pound resolution.
You will be paid by the pound so weigh your materials at exactly no point extra specially your rams and higher grade materials if you don't feel like giving away half a pound or so which I dont think is really a big deal when your selling lower grades of scrap.
Transaction was fast, and cash paid on the spot, prices are also good specially when you are an hour or 2 away from his location.
He may not have prices that are as good as you can see on a website but if you are local and you are trying to consider the cost of shipping or travel expenses his prices are actually better.
So that WAS my experience with MUD, and hope to do more business with you soon KEN!
I am waiting for the prices to go up a little![]()

We have at least four different scales to use at the warehouse. Our large scale is certified and weighs in one pound increments. We use this primarily since it is certified. We also have smaller scales that will weigh down to 0.1 ounce. They aren't certified, but work well for small amounts. You brought in a large quantity of memory so I used the large certified scale. If you would have brought in a couple pounds or less, I would have used the smaller scale. I can always use the smaller scale at your request, keeping in mind it is not certified, as it weighs up to 80 pounds and counts to 0.1 ounce. I have another scale that will weigh up to 600 pounds at a 0.05 pound increment. It isn't certified either, but we can be used at the customer's request.
Yes, as Mikeinreco alluded to, I try to be professional about it.Thanks Mike!
And thanks, Ron, for your business. I look forward to you coming by again.
Ken
