Sometimes the guys in the yard arent on the same page and complaints like yours need to be heard by the right people in order for things to change. Sounds like some pretty poor excuses with your Wal-Mart comparision........I think I would have left that part out because no matter how big the yard is I expect to be treated like an individual.....There is to much competition in this market and normally if I'm treated this way I can go right next door and sell my stuff.......
