Oh boy... just found this thread after searching for ROKrecycling. I spoke with Randy on the phone in January and have been stock piling laptops to sell to him. Got 2 pallets of laptops and lithium ion batteries ready to go, and I'm going to Maryland next week on other business. I've been trying to reach out for Randy but without success. This explains it!

So the pdf..says..only sells to commerical buyers. Is he asking for a wholesale license? Or to folks like us?

To let everyone know as posted in a earlier post Randy is no longer involved with ROK the owners name is Bob Donald I believe and like on other post his prices are not near what is listed here.
