manager at GW, this is clearly not the case as far as he is concerned.
The industry created a product that it clearly made billions on throughout the years from consumers, and the government. Now that
their product has been declared a hazardous waste, the end disposal costs of it has fallen into the laps of the consumer,
or the last one holding it, who as always gets screwed. It's no wonder there are so many TVs, and monitors being given away or left on streets, and making folks pay to get rid of them is not going to ensure they end up being disposed of responsibly.
