Are all non-green motherboards considered foreign?
For instance, I have like 100 lbs of goldish Asus motherboards.
Are these considered foreign?

For example, Ewasted pays $2.15 for small socket foreign motherboards. I see many people on this very forum reference them as foreign.Quote:

there are exceptions, large socket and vintage motherboards regardless of color are paid as green motherboards

I think it is funny that I find mist of the cheap ones in the gaming computers that cost mote than regular ones.
Anybody else notice this?
Send pictures to buyer and then you will have a definitive answer. Recently I snapped a few pics sent them to Ewasted and had the answer in minutes.
