The exact item is in the pdf. An it also tells you all about the product. Which I believe was asked. No clue on value, but if you can figure out it's use you can find the value.

Yes I was able to decipher somewhat what it was.....Really don't know what its used for and really don't care just having a hard time putting a value on it as there are no other listed like it or sold on EBAY..........I of course appreciate all your help
