They could be milliseconds apart.. but both bids will go in.. one will outbid the other. Same thing as if I am sniping and place mine at 3 seconds to end, and some guy is placing his manually at 3 seconds to end. We both pull trigger at the same moment- the Ebay server will take em, process them, and place the bids- highest amount wins!
