Went to the store one day and saw an old man (looked homeless) with a bicycle, with a basket on the handle bars, the basket was half full of old lottery tickets and he was looking through them. I started to talk to him and he told me that he would go around all day and pick up old lottery tickets and check for winners. I ask if he ever finds winners. He said he gets 10-15 dollars a day even finds tickets that weren't even scratched off.
