Awesome! You will be able to set up some nice shelving in the new building.
I am working on getting my work area sorted as well. I think I am going to go with 2 shipping containers. One for intake and the second one for resale items. I'll place them 20ft apart and pour a slab between them to use as my scrapping/breakdown area. Then i'll put a roof between the 2 containers.
