I remember when I lived in Panama City, FL and a hurricane was supposed to make a dead on hit with PC. Jim Cantori showed up and was all kinds of hysterical. Around there, if you saw Jim, you best be believing the hottest action was incoming. But, the storm at the last minute tracked a little further east and missed PC entirely. It made Jim so mad I remember seeing his rage on local TV where people whipped out cell phone cameras and videoed him raging all over the place. It was so funny. I'm sure some of you here might remember this and the name of the hurricane.
I was there in 2004 for Bonnie but I believe it turned and went east of Panama City. We were about 4 miles west of the old miracle strip amusement part and didn't see a drop of rain.
