The US suffered a devastating attack on its way of life. Sixteen years later, we pause to reflect and remember the lives lost and the tears shed.

Yet even in those darkest of times, heroes emerged. An attack that sought to tear us apart instead brought us together.

Our response to that tragedy of 9/11 revealed the strength of our national character. From the depths of despair, we found courage and hope. Yet we must stay vigilant and never forget what we and all other nations learned that day:

I feel sorrow for those that use this forum and are offended by such a simple fact. They live in their own little bubble and will never be happy, free, or enjoy hope. May we always stand united.
