The difference between debating/passing laws and their execu

You would hate the State Legislature in Maine. (As I often do). One or two citizens will have a problem with something and call their state representative and complain. The representative will go ahead and write a new law to appease this one person. Now this new law affects everybody in the ENTIRE STATE. Just because ONE person doesn't like the way things are. It's total nonsense.

this happens all the time one handicap child has to have a 3 million dollar ramp built so the school which was catholic closed down, mainstreaming of MR children has also slowed down classes , I love the kids but really catering to one or 2 costs big bucks.
