"Who Moved My Cheese" was a book I used for discussion in educational in-services. It is very enlightening and thought provoking. Another great business motivational story is about the fish factory. I cannot remember the exact name, but it documents a fish market in New York including the history, strategies for profit, and most importantly respect for those involved. If I was to summarize these two stories it would be that efficiency, flexibility, and respect are the keys to success.
