I agree that Microsoft has again left us with a less than a perfect product. I think microsoft had a big update on 02Aug16 but it didn't help with your issue. Recently I was attempting to send some photos and ended up putting my photos on Photobucket so I could work with them.

I believe its Microsoft's plan is to force folks into buying additional programs from them.

I haven't been able to successfully to put linux onto this laptop which started life as a Windows 8 machine. I think I would have to do something to the Bios but I'm not ready to mess it up. Mike

Mike I had a similar problem with my new HP laptop. to get around the problem installed Ubuntu with the OEM option.

We have noit used any microsoft operating system for more than 15 years.

Wife wants a gaming computer fortunately the games she wants have been ported over to run on Mac with intel cpus.

Yeah .... it seems to be a work in progress. The average user probably won't notice the difference but once you start digging into it the problems become obvious. It's a shame because this is supposed to be Microsoft's final operating system release. It acts more like Vista or win 8. (Neither one of those was a shining example of greatness.) Pretty disappointing ....

If they had come out with good running & fairly reliable systems like XP & 7 they really would have had something.

Maybe they'll eventually get it sorted out.

By default, Windows 10 automatically uploads Windows updates and apps from the Windows Store to other PCs over the Internet. This is a great feature when restricted to the local network, but Microsoft opts everyone into the Internet part of it by default, using your upload bandwidth for something that doesn’t help you.

Worse yet, there’s no indication this is happening unless you read about it online, find your Internet connection slow, or get contacted by your Internet service provider because you’re using up your limited upload bandwidth.

It could appear as an option in the custom setup process or a note about it could appear somewhere, but it doesn’t — it just works in the background. You have to find a special option hidden five clicks deep in the operating system to disable it.

This potentially helps everyone download updates faster — it’s basically like BitTorrent for Windows updates. But many people, especially outside the USA, have connections with upload data caps. Microsoft is saving some money on bandwidth bills by using customers’ Internet connections, without telling them.

How to Install iTunes in Linux Ubuntu 14.10 and Ubuntu 14.04. You can install iTunes in Ubuntu system using playonlinux. Follow the steps below to install iTune in Linux Ubuntu system.

Install PlayonLinux on Ubuntu

Open the terminal and run the following command to install PlayonLinux:

sudo apt-get install playonlinux

Once you have installed playonlinx, follow the steps given below to install iTunes:
1. Open playonlinux and type iTunes in the searchbar. You will find the several version of iTunes.


2. Select the version that you want to install.
3. You will see the Installation Wizard popup dialog box. You will be informed with iTunes version and the location of the installation. Click on next to install.


4. PlayonLinux will now download the iTunes installer.


5. You will see installation widget for iTunes. Click on Next and follow the installation procedure.


6. After few seconds, iTunes will be installed in your Linux Ubuntu system.
