    I'll have to look for the site but there's a strobe kit you can buy that turns your head and tail lights into strobe lights with the push of a button but when turned off, looks like normal - could probably work for your trailer also. Only other thing I can think of is some sort of flashing lights attached to the trailer. Other then that your last resort is a temporary light bar. Most of the new ones are magnet mounted.

    Yea I was actually just looking at some on eBay, looks like you can buy a set of 4 for around $50
    Then I was thinking about it, maybe it's too much like a undercover law enforcement vehicle if you do that? I know generally Amber or white is all that's allowed for warning lights...so back to the drawing board I guess...
