I kinda miss Waffle Houses. We don't have them up north.

Speaking of WHs I think there is a knock-off chain (can't remember the name) that's around down south. On a work field trip, we rolled into a little town in east Texas where we were staying about 8 pm on a Sunday evening and there was nothing open except this knock-off WH chain. Now, I'll eat about anywhere but I was with 2 more "sophisticated" eaters. But the choice was this place, buy something at a C-store, or don't eat so we stopped at this place. Food was not as good as a Waffle House. My co-workers survived...
