I don't hand out money to beggars, seen too many scammers and hopeless drug addicts in my life. Not sure what is worse somebody scamming people by begging or those places that spam you with mail begging for donations for veterans , etc but keep 90% of the money for administration fees (my mom falls for that kind of stuff).



There are plenty of people who are needy and there are agencies to help, as long as you are not homeless.
