I'm with KZ.. smaller amount of space it takes up... more likely it is to stay around.
I also take into consideration some things just need "the right butt to go in the seat"
Currently I have a 5 ton hoist hook with a 10 foot braided cable on it. I'm either looking for someone who may need such a piece of equipment or some dude that wants to hang a huge 9.5" hook off the back of his lifted truck (don't ask.. but around here it has become a "thing")
I know that it will take me quite a bit longer to find the correct "butt to go in that seat" vs when I put up a worn down HP laptop with no HD for $35 bucks and it was snatched by a computer repair guy in less than 24 hours!
