    You can drive over the tyre with a vehicld to break the bead off the rim.
    Make sure the wheel won't flip up as you drive over it.

    With Ali rims you can break out a chunk of the outer rim with a sledgehammer, then pull the bead of the tyre up over the break and thread the tyre off.

    You can make a cut there with a anglegrinder and bash it with the sledge to do tge same.
    Works well with steel rims.

    Never try cutting the tyre with a grinder, it grabs suddenly and pulls the grinder, very dangerous.
