It will catch up with them sooner than later if they are cheating there customers.i have a funny story I want to share with you, one day in my old yard I was walking around and I see this guy unloading his shred/ white goods load, he was a pretty big sided guy and he cannot get this refrigerator off his truck, so the operator of the loader goes over to his truck and picks the refrigerator off his truck it hits the ground the door opens and it's loaded with cement blocks, so I go over to him and ask him what did he do that for? His answer I wanted it to weigh more, so of course he was banned from my yard and I did not pay him for his load. So there's a perfect example of a unsatisfied customer.
That's right up there with the story a yard owner told me. Guy tried to sell him a load of copper pipes with sealed ends (how dumb can you get?). Pipes had been filled with molten lead.
