T shirt pricing is largely dependant on the amount of colors and if you have stuff on the front and back, as well as quantity. Screen printing requires one template per color per side (unless you wanted the same design on both sides... i guess).
If you can stick to one or two colors, and get around 50-75 shirts. My guess you should be around the $5-7/shirt range depending on shirt quality and the place you are having do it. Most printers usually charge about $45 per set up template (think each color in the design on each side of the shirt) as well as the price for the shirt sizes. Make sure that gets factored in to the price of the shirt.
Requiring a lot of design costs more money too. Many places charge by the 1/4 hr. flat rate.
