in theory you are supposed to include a legitimate hard drive with the OS installed ( I think)..........What most do is just include a junk hard drive (an old laptop drive is what I use)..........I was actually put on probation once from selling software because I included a memory stick and not a hard drive.........If you read the TOS It explains that it must be a working hard drive that is loaded with the software you are selling..........Never had much problem and yes that software is worth some money especially sealed............I was selling Dell XP re-install discs without COA for $20 each until Microsoft stopped their support.........Now any legitimate disc Vista or higher is an easy sell to the refurb guys out there.........If you have the disc it makes your product look more legitimate (LOL)
