I gather all the first aid kits I see in scrap busses and some commercial trucks at the local scrap yard. I carry one my self as well as give them away to friends and family(those willing to help another). The kits are top quality in a water tight metal case that holds up to tools and scrap piling on them or other trunk and behind the seat abuse. I have added a inhaler to mine (with my sons prescription on it) as I know several people with breathing troubles in summer. The Tampon for gunshot wounds idea I like a lot, Will likely find a way to fit a couple in the kit or the glove box. I do check on all accidents a come across if there are no emergency trucks present. With the scraping tools many of us carry in our vehicle much can be done. My fire extinguisher has been used 3 times in the last 20 years. I find them in trucks and busses also,,,
