    Ultimately, quitting anything comes down to something simple. You have to have a reason for quitting that's greater than your reason for not.
    I felt I had a good reason, they had just put me in the hospital the first time with what they thought was congestive heart failure. I was full of water (from my kidneys failing) and could not breathe. Their choices were; smoke or live. DUH,,,,,lol.

    That was in Mar. of '08 and overall I can breathe a lot better but the damage has already been done.

    Quitting is very hard to do but your incentive could be to look at your family and decide that you want to be around a few more years for them, or to be a thorn in someone's backside a while longer.
