I live. My part of the sandbar is recovering just fine. Got power back late last night.
Southern half, especially Ocracoke got nailed, an nailed hard. They got it worse then any of the rest of us.
Can read all about it on the news, it was popping up left an right on my news feed.
Anyhow, alive, an well. Now I gotta go find a chainsaw to get rid of all these **** branches that fell in my back yard. Thankfully none landed on the house, or I'd be very upset right now.
Drink a cold one for me an the others...I know I will be. Ha!
