I think I understand what your saying.

Not sure any mail hosts / email clients will do exactly what you desire.

You could use something like Microsofts Office 365, which is a payed hosted Exchange service. Outlook configuration is pretty painless and should auto configure itself.

Google Apps paid subscription might also do the trick but you'll need to download and install Google Apps sync to get it to work nicely with Outlook and even then Outlook will still need to be configured.



Neither are expensive and you get a crap ton of storage and other benefits.
